1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer simple, transparent shipping for all orders within the United States:

2. Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses).

3. Shipping Methods

Our standard shipping method is USPS Ground Advantage. However, we reserve the right to substitute another comparable ground service (such as UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery) if it ensures a more efficient or secure delivery to your specific location.

4. Processing & Handling Time

Handling Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Order Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM (EST) will begin processing the following business day.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@dblapex.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
